Michael Neary, Jr. has over fifteen years of investment and real estate
development experience. Neary is a graduate of Southern Methodist
University with degrees in both Economics with Finance Applications and
Real Estate Finance. Neary began his finance career in New York with
Goldman Sachs, before joining Bear Stearns’ residential mortgage finance
team.
In 2009 Neary received his MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs
School of Business, and joined Q Investments, a diversified investment firm
in Fort Worth, Texas. He provided research and analysis across many
disciplines, including Credit, Trading and Aviation Leasing. In addition,
Neary collaborated with the risk and financial control departments,
overseeing treasury management and repo trading. In 2011 Neary returned
to Dallas to join Dimension Companies, managing significant development
projects, including data centers, mixed-use residential opportunities and
land-developments, with an aggregate value in excess of $200MM.
Neary also served as President of Sentinel Title Company, Ltd., an affiliate of
Dimension, and was responsible for all facets of the operations, including
sales and marketing, escrow operations, as well as financial and regulatory
compliance.
