June 2024 – Dimension Companies organized an investment vehicle to acquire Aspen Valley
Ranch (www.avrresidences.com), an 800+ acre property near Woody Creek, just outside Aspen.
The property includes three homes, five lots, and a robust amenity package available to our
owners. We intend to resell the individual properties. The listing agent is Jennifer Banner
([email protected]).
March 2024 – Dimension has entered the green energy business and is the lead investor in
Shamrock Renewables (www.shamrockrenewables.com). This is a significant commitment, and
we have control over 50,000 acres of land for development into commercial solar farms.
March 2024 – Shamrock Renewables has formed Shamrock Capital to invest in green
energy, both for our own projects and third-party opportunities.
January 2024 – Dimension organized Dimension mLogica SPV, LLC and invested over $8
mm in mLogica, Series B Round.
June 2022 – Hunt Companies and Dimension have commenced development to expand

March 2021 – Dimension formed Red Line Garages to engage in the development of luxury
“man cave / she shed” condominiums (www.redlinegarages.com).
August 2021 – Dimension invested in the Series A Round of mLogica. The vehicle was RG
mLogica, LLC.
December 2019 – Dimension acquired a 31-acre tract at the NEC of I-35 and Windsor Road in
Denton, Texas. The site is planned for multifamily development on the east side and commercial
development on the west side, fronting on I-35. On a simultaneous closing, Dimension sold a 16-acre site
to Alliance Residential. Alliance plans a 300+ multi-family community on the property.
